Day 7. I can do this.
First, many thanks to those who have offered to lend a phone, help me get one uber cheap, or offered other bits of advice on alternate solutions while I’m waiting for the Razr Maxx to drop. While tempting, I’m determined to stick this out.
Second, I have to admit that I wouldn’t feel nearly as comfortable with this endeavor if it weren’t for the fact that I live, work and socialize with one of my best friends. On the average day, we’re probably never more than 100 yards apart. Which sounds a little creepy, but she’s essentially my lifeline and has made this endeavor much, much easier.
Today, I admit I’m missing foursquare a little bit. Over the past week I’ve lost almost all of my mayorships, and getting those emails definitely makes me cringe just a touch.
